(1) Wang Xiaojing
Wang Xiaojing, male, born in January of 1957, is a researcher, doctoral
advisor, national young expert with outstanding achievements who enjoys
special governmental allowances and outstanding transportation
scientific talent, the first and second hierarchy of ^Thousands of
Talents Project ̄ and the first hierarchy of ^New Century Thousands of
Talents Project ̄ of the Ministry of Communications. Wang is appointed as
vice president of Research Institute of Highway of the Ministry of
Communications, director of National Centre of ITS Engineering and
Technology, chairman of Expert Consultative Committee of National
Intelligent Traffic System, deputy director China Transportation
Engineering Society and chairman of Global Intelligent Transport System.
His research directions include traffic information and control,
dedicated short range communication and intelligent transportation
development strategy.
(2) Henk J.Van Zuylen (Feng Zairen)
HENK, male, born in July of 1944, is a Doctor, professor and doctoral
advisor. He now is a full-time professor of Traffic Transportation
Administering Department of Delft University of Technology, director of
National Centre of ITS Engineering and Technology, director of DELFT
Transportation Research Center, director of TRAIL Research Institute,
guest researcher of Research Institute of Highway of The Ministry of
Communications and guest professor of Tongji University, Southeast
University, Beijing University of Technology and Helsinki University of
Technology. His research directions include traffic flow theory, road
net robustness and reliability, traffic control optimum, behavior
modeling of travelers and travel information service.
(3) Li Ding
Li Ding, female, born in January of 1961, is a researcher. Li works as
an expert of traffic engineering group of highway engineering designing
expert database of the Ministry of Communications, communication member
of Standards Committee and member of expert panel of On-line Toll
Charge. She is specialized in research and implementation of traffic
engineering and intelligent transport systems.
(4) Yang Qi
Yang Qi, female, born in February of 1970, is a doctor of engineering
and researcher. Yang now works as vice director of National ITS Center,
member of National Intelligent Transport Systems Standardization
Technology Committee and executive secretary. Her research directions
include intelligent transport systems, traffic transportation planning
and standardization.
(5) Qi Tongyan
Qi Tongyan, male, born in September of 1970, is now pursuing for
Doctor¨s degree. He is now an associate researcher. Qi is appointed as
vice director of National ITS Center. His research directions include
ITS development strategy and planning and ITS system framework.
(6) Zhang Ke
Zhang Ke, male, born in January of 1974, is a doctor of engineering and
associate researcher. Zhang is a chief engineer of National ITS Center,
director of the fifth Board of Governors of Transportation System
Engineering Committee of System Engineering Society of China and
evaluation experts of Technical Innovation Fund for Small and
Medium-sized Enterprises. His research directions include ITS system
framework and planning, transportation comprehensive information
platform, traffic information service, traffic data analysis and traffic
transportation informatization.
(7) Li Bin
Li Bin, male, born in January of 1973, is a doctor of engineering and
associate researcher. He now works as chief engineer of National ITS
Center. His research directions include intelligent road system and
vehicles and roads coordination and assistant security.
