The laboratory enjoys thick atmosphere of academic exchange. In the past 5 years, it has undertaken 22 international academic conferences and 65 person-times participate in international conferences. 73 domestic experts visit and exchange their views with the laboratory. 58 person-times hold lectures at home. It pays closer attention and tracks the latest international development trends of ITS technology through holding international academic conferences, technical exchange and ISO/TC204 China secretariat. Working closely with ITS America, ITS Japan, ERTICO and other international and regional governmental and nongovernmental organizations, associations and enterprises in technical exchange and cooperation, it improves the international influence steadily. It has been a key window of international exchange to ITS China.
